Foreign Sites, Members Reports

Just reading the recent post "ACSI Card" and the two reports which mention some negativity. Is it worth the club adding a section on here for members comments for foreign sites.  This could work like that of the ACSI sites reports system where there is a
comments box and also a  points scoring system plus a link to a sites web site. This way you could get a more balanced overview of the sites and a good data base for members to consult.
