Rowntree Park re launch. Bad information
Have just phoned to book on Rowntree Park at 9am today. This was the clear and precise information given by the club on this site on how to book becuase of an early re launch date.
Time 9.05 my chosen dates were fully booked. Alternate dates, also fully booked. When I asked why this was after only 5 mins of the bookings becoming live I was told the site had been fully booked for those dates since the booking opened back in Dec.
The reason for the June 13th date was to take booking for the dates that were available because of the earlier re opening date. So I had spend nearly 10 mins on the phone for nothing.
Quite clearly the announcement was mis leading. A more clearer wording would have saved all that trouble.
