Harwich - Hook of Holland

It's our first time using this crossing so just a couple of questions.

Is it first on first off when towing.

We dock at 16.45 Is it realaistic to aim for Tilburg for an overnight stop, it's 70 miles SE so Rotterdam at rush hour has to be tackled. So would it be ok with the site to arrive about 7pm.
