Ok Good CC Peeps

As I have stated on another post im off work with sciateca, etc. My good lady "reluctantly" left me to go to Melbourne, Oz for a month to see her family there.

I am pretty ok with basic meals and takeaways are only a phone call away BUT, if I do decide to cook a meal how do I know what to cook from
frozen or defrost first. Its ok when things have a label but is there any guidance you can please give me
