Larger pitch sizes in Germany and Italy

We have been to Germany and Italy before but have found the pitches rather small. Has anyone found or experienced sites in Southern Germany and the Lakes, Northern Italy that have generous pitch sizes approx around 120m with water and water drainage. Also
dog friendly. Our previous trips have been a bit too friendly with our neighbours, our unit is also fairly big caravan and 4x4. Thanks to anyone who can help
