Italian Lakes

Hi, We are thinking of going to the Italian Lakes this year but after last years experience we are slightly worried. We went to Germany, Lake Constance and The Rhine Vally and were very disapointed at the size of the piches, I don't mind company but the caravans were almost touching. What we are looking for is a sight in the Italian Lakes, large pitch, all facilities, takes dogs and is resonably quiet. We are thinking of June so outside the school holidays, if anyone can offer advice I would be very grateful, thanks
