Leishmaniosis vaccine

Hi,

We are taking our 2 Chihuahua pups with us to France, can anyone tell us whether we need to have them vaccinated for Leishmaniosis.

In April we are only going as far as the Loire however in June we are going down to Canet plage in the Med.

Also will we need a Scalibor collar.

Any advice will be great,
