Window handles - NOT fork handles

I noticed on my new caravan (Sterling Eccles Topaz) that on the front offside window, looking out, that the handle on the right hand side of the window pointed up when closed. I asked the dealer and they said that was the same on all Swift models. Is this
correct ?
