Roscoff overnight parking
just to warn anyone who stops either on their way into france or on their return journey .
we arrived back at the port in our motorhome yesterday to sleep in the car park as we have done on numerous occasions( because we were on the mornng ferry today ) only to find they have put a height restriction on the car park and noalternative parking
.luckily we got there early ,we went and asked at brittany ferries reception and was told to pull in next to lorry park if room or wait till last departure at 11.pm and then start queueing!we managed to get a space but those who arrived afterwards were driving
all round the port it was chaos .two families came into the car park and managed to unhitch their caravans and get a space next to it for their carsbut in total i think only 6 of us managed to get a space.i dont know where those who got off the ferry and planed
on sleeping( which usually happens )before starting their holiday went!
