Disabled Access on North Sea Ferries

My wife’s is disabled and  requires a wheelchair. We want to use P&O Ferries from Hull to Zeebrugge next year (Pride of Bruges/York) but are unsure if there is wheelchair access to the lifts from the (caravan/motorhome) commercial vehicle deck.     
My wife does not want us to be separated and  embark as an escorted walk on passenger.       P&O’s accessibility information states ease of access is available from car decks but nothing about commercial vehicle decks. I have been in contact with P&O previously
but the reply didn’t confirm there was wheelchair access from the commercial vehicle deck to the lift.
