Sites near Maastricht

Hiya,

I would like to book tickets to see Andre Rieu in concert in Maastricht at end of June/beg July. Can anyone give me information about any decent sites in the area. I have towed through France and Spain before so am familiar with the sites there but have
never towed to Holland so Im not familiar with the distances involved or what the sites are like. Ideally I would like somewhere not too far away from maastricht with decent facilities as my husband is in a wheelchair following strokes.
