Caravan storage required near Newcastle upon Tyne

hi just started caravanimg looking for storage in above area, having just retired on a tight pension trying to find storage that doesn't  cost a fortune is proving very difficult. 

Prices ranging from £399 to £500 my van is 14 years old.does anyone know of a farm that might do storage, if so would that hike up my insurance?

any help would be appreciated.
