Red Pennant - Dog repatriation back to the UK

Hope this is the right palce for this. Has anyone used RP in circumstances where dogs needed to be repatriated back to the UK. We came near to it last summer but managed to get our car repaired just in time. Our European cover provider would not entertain
any sort of help when push came to shove even though they cliamed that we would all go back together should the need arise. Dont want to make that mistake again.
