Holiday insurance

Both my husband and I have individual annual multi trip holiday insurance. Mine is for no more than 45 days duration and my husband's is for no more than 35 days duration (in one go).  We intend to go touring through France and Italy this year for up to
60 days but are having difficulty finding a company to insure my husband for this length of time because of his age.  Can anyone suggest a company which will insure him?  Thanks
