Valve Blade Opener Seal Replacement

The seal on the valve blade opener of our Thetford C-200S holding tank is leaking. Can I replace the seal ( and how) or do I need to buy the complete sub-assy?

I haven't been able to find any instructions eleswhere, despite numerous searches. It's not covered on the thetford website
