Private facilities

We have just booked a week in Normandy at May half term and the pitch we have booked has a little private, heated, shower/toilet/washing up room.  What a luxury. 

Firstly, has anyone else been to a site with private facilities?  Are they cleaned every day like the main shower block or is it our responsibility to clean it?  

Secondly, even though we haven't been yet and don't know what it is going to be like, I really fancy the idea of private facilities on site when we go away in the summer.  Does anyone have any site recommendations?
