Problems changing contact details on CC website

I first had this problem after changing my mobile some months ago, when, despite going through the edit procedure in my profile, I cannot change my phone number.After making the required changes, it reverts back to the original number.

I contacted the I.T. department and reported the problem and was later informed that the fault had been rectified and that they had changed my details for me but now having made an on-line booking, I find that my old phone number is still being used. I have
just finished trying to update the number again but predictably, the edit function is not working.

There must be others like me whose profile now shows incorrect address/password/phone numbers etc. When is this long standing problem going to be fixed?
