Sites in the Atlantic Coast area

TThis summer we are planning on spending a few weeks in France. We are getting the ferry to Bilbao and then spending a few days around about the area of Lourdes in the Pyrenees an area we have always wanted to visit. We would then like to get the ferry home
from St Malo so that we can spend a few days in the Britttany area. My question is can anyone recomend any sites/areas that we should visit on the way up. We are in our motorhome so ideally we would like sites close to towns etc. Any suggestions welcome.
