I don't believe that failing lies with the Champions, DD. I have long maintained, and shared with the CM, the thought that guidelines are just that - for guidance. It is the T&Cs that are enforceable.

The Champions, of course, carry out the wishes of management.

its a forum and by definition it is a place of freedom of speech and debate. Imo if you are unable to take criticism and unable to fight your corner you should not get involved in any section other than site reviews
All forums have T&Cs and I'm guessing that the vast majority don't allow unlimited and aggressive posting

TW I think they demonstrate it by their actions and interventions. If this is not the case why have you felt it necessary to mention to the CM of the difference between the T’s & C’s and Guidelines?
Because of the CM's actions, not that of the Champions.

Agreed, DD. To pursue this line adds nothing to the topic of the thread.

All you will get is a reply quoting T&C's, been there, done it ,got the T-shirt
Likewise, And a reply that doesn't even tell you of your suposed misdemeanor until you drag it out of the CM
