CC vs C&CC

Phoned earlier to book a stay at a Devon caravan site. She asked if we were in the CC or the C&CC to which we replied CC. Oh! She said, all our CC pitches are booked, but we can book you in on the C&CC pitches. What's the difference we asked. None at all
she replied ...... Go figure! ???
