Why do C.C member do this?

This is not the first time it happen, but over the years member go out early in the evening meal/show ect and come back late they sould put their car in the car park on the club site, But No they drive round the site to their pitch and some of us get woken
up, last weekend one member woke us up at 1.30 in the morning, So why is it one rule for them and not the other?
