What wax to use.

Mer Ultimate Car Polish  is this product suitable for waxing our  motor home as it is now a year old. Local workshop say it is good as any.

I have given it a good wash with Fenwicks and now would like to give it a couple of coat of wax. Especially the roof as it has 5 sky lights etc and I am not looking forward to it but has to be done.?

It has an rear ladder as standard on this Auto-Trail but does that mean you can walk on it. One dealer said Yes you can and another said good god No.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
