Navmii satnav for caravan?

Been looking into options for using satnav when towing. Normally use TomTom software on iPhone, but this doesn't have an option to specify you are towing! Navmii for iPhone (free!) has a route option of RV/Lorry... but does it actually work? Does anyone
have experience of this, and whether it takes you a sensible route when towing? Obviously this is no substitute for having your eyes open and watching the road signs etc
