Problems with IE 11 internet browser ?

Has anybody else had problems with the new all singing & dancing INTERNET EXPLORER 11? I downloaded this four days ago and found that I couldn't log in to the C Club website properly. 
also noticed a general slowdown of other sites. am back with my old friend FIREFOX,all in order now.
