La Rochelle area

Hi all,

5weeks to go and we are off to France for the first time with our caravan. We are undecided as to where we should stay so all idea's are welcome. A nice site with a  sea view is a must. After leaving La Rochelle we will be heading up the coast through Normoutier
then Vannes and Qimper. We are away for 3 weeks so a bit of help is needed.

    There are few mainland sites with a sea view at La Rochelle - the best are over the bridge on the Ile de Re.  And then at the northern end end of your route you might try Camping Pors Peron.

    Thanks Euro, i am considering Isle De Re.
