Non awning pitch "where do you put the

At Chatsworth at present on a non awning pitch, set up and parked car as picture on site plan car,caravan,awning pretty much standard until warden stopped by and said our pitch was designed to have the care at the awning side health and safety you know,
how are we to know I thought the he said but as the person on the next door awning pitch hadn't got an awning it would be ok to leave it.

I said to wife bet next warden who ome past says I have to move it, yes four dats later ihappened to told to move it, health and safety etc.

Now if a pitch is designed in this manner can't it be noted on the site plan so we can decide if this pitch arrangement is ok for us and avoid a lecture
