Sites around Paris

Hi, I wondered whether anyone could recommend a nice site around the Paris area or easy access to. We stayed in a site a couple of years ago which was great in as much as it was a  walk down the  street to the train station and very easy to get to Paris.
But the camp site in my opinion was really expensive it was a campsite called Huttopia and was in September and around £35 per night  We only accepted it because we were new to camping abroad and it was late and hot that day. We are at the moment staying at
a lovely site in Palau de Vidre which is half full  We were going to make the journey back home a bit more interesting by staying on a site for a few days before catching our ferry.  We will have a overnight stop for the first day and then a three day stop
near Paris as our crossing is from Calais.  Many thanks  Sue

Hi have you tried club sit  on the other side of Paris ? Quatre Vent , I like the site but wife says the showers are too cold . very tidy well kept and friendly site.

Just reading the reviews for Huttopia site and does not read at all well , have been reading reviews from other web sites all seem to be a lot better score than the clubs' site has anybody been recently ( this year ) ?

The three closest reliable campsites to Paris are the newly re furbished Bois de Boulogne site, Camping International at Maisons  Laffittes, and Camping Beau Village at Villers sur Orge. All have access to transport and all have reviews on line. Take your pick. But the original poster  was asking two years ago .....
