Help. Toilet Liquid

Can anyone help us we are in a place called Estagel near Perpignon the site is really lovely very French. I don't think there is any English here. We should have made sure before we left but we've run out of the toilet liquids and l have googled it asking
it in all different ways but nothing l asked for camping supplies but nothing. Does anyone know where we can get some from. Thanks. Sue
