Any gas bottle can be refilled in the Algarve

Whilst in the Algarve earlier this year I was very grateful to find a business that actually filled ANY type or make of gas bottle and very very cheap. For your notes - it can be located at the following:

Apparently this service can be provided at any service station that displays a Blue Elephant logo but I've yet to discover one. If anybody knows of one then please let me know.
