Unable to search for CLs on Club website

For the last 2 days I keep getting an error page message when searching for CLs on the Club's website.

Is this due to the new booking system going online and, if so, when will the CL section be functioning as normal.

Thanks for any advice

are you using a ipad ? some members have reported that they have problems with them. You will also find that cl's cannot be booked on line, you have to call them.

You are quite correct it brings up an error message

Thanks Paul, but unfortuneatly this is one that I found previously on the online version but which had not found its way into the current handbook.

I've looked in the handbook but I wanted possible photos and reviews which you can only get online. Have had the same problem on both my MacBook & iPad.

Try deleting the browser cache. Might clear the problem.

I'm so sorry people are having problems with this. We are working hard to get this service back up and running again as soon as we can. In the meantime please can you use the
search by map function on the website to search for CL Sites.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you everyone for your patience.

As I have posted elsewhere, the post editing facility is afflicted with gremlins. This site is progressively become more unusable by the day.

Ro, it is indeed possible to find CL's in the area that one's looking for using your link, but one cannot then access the site's details. This messge still comse up

Certificated Locations search is currently unavailable

So the link is not that much help, especially for those that do not have the site directory at hand.Yell

There seems to be, reading many of the posts on here. It is definitely one CC publication that we cannot do without.

The handbook is obviously an excellent publication but the website gives far more details of CLs and is a better source of information. As I'm the OP I accept Ro's explanation and hope the problem is resolved soon. On a different matter I must say I've been
very happy with the main sites easy book facility over the last couple of days - have booked main spring and summer trips with no problems at all (Including weekends!).

I think the problems been solved now. I've just looked and found plenty of CLs for trips next year.

Happy. Use left and right arrows to navigate.

Doesn't  bode well for the Club's  digital future does it ? No way would I accept not having the sites Handbook, even if it is out of date for half of it's life, and the supplement is history (pre-emptively in my opinion). Unless the Internet and the website
are ALWAYS working correctly then getting rid of the paper versions of anything, should be delayed.
