CoPilot Premium Sat Nav app

In June I'm taking the caravan across the channel for the first time to France and Austria.  To guide me on the way I'll be taking a Mitchelin Europe atlas. I've also decided to have satnav.  I already use Tom Tom app on my iphone which works ok but it's UK only.  

Doing a search in the iTunes App Store I came across CoPilot Premium Western Europe app.  This has just been placed first out of 10 sat navs by Auto Express, cost £23.99, £11 cheaper than the Tom Tom equivalent.  In the blurb it states it can be used off line, therefore no data roaming plus option to input for using a RV or towing a caravan.  I don't fancy forking out £100 plus for a stand alone sat nav. Has anyone got or used the app? Any views?  Thanks
