Bradcot Advantage awning

Hi, I have a bradcot advantage 850-890 awning, unfortunately part of the steel frame keeps failing. the part in question is a plastic swivel ball with a threaded bolt attached that fastens a pole to the frame, sorry I cannot be more specific. Can anyone
tell me where I can purchase these from or does anyone have any redundant ones for sale. I have tried Bradcot without any succss.
