Sat nav help please

Having just towed my caravan around 6miles of one track roads (not through choice! ) because my sat nav told me to I was wondering if you can get a caravan map for tomtom that would take you routes that avoid width restriction, s,all roads etc ? Or if anyone can recommend a specific sat nav for the job
