Drop down bed not working

Ive just purchased a Pilote 716p motorhome and today when showing it off to a friend found that the dropdown bed and ignition for the hob and amplifier for the tv aerial isn't either. We are a bit baffled as the control panel says everthing is fully charged 
Everthing else is working. Will of course get in touch with dealer tomorrow but wondered if anyone had any idea what could be wrong
