Languedoc-Roussillon - May visit

Visiting in May, 4 adults. Looking for an interesting site, not overly developed, close to mountains but also to Coast e.g (Coillioure) - any recommendations please.

So far have a few possible contenders and will look when we get there, but just wishing to get a strong candidate to aim for as we are travelling in two parties and want a decent meeting point. Strongest possibility is Camping Des Alberes - any feedback
