MTPLM Plate Upgrade - Problem?

Tow an Elddis Xplore 304 with a Citroen Berlingo. The the van's MTPLM is 1063kg (payload 163). In orderr to get a bit more payload 'headroom' afer fitting a motor mover I rqeusted a plate upgrade. 

Information on Elddis website suggested this would give me an extra 30kg or so to around 1100kg MTPLM. In fact it's now a whopping 1350 which is 50kg more than car's towing limit. 

Provided I keep van's actual laden weight to less than, say,1100kg do I have a any problem with legality etc?
