South of France advice

Hi All,

I am heading to the south of France in August to stay at
http://en.soleilplage.fr/ Sarlat on the dordogne Happy its our first trip to France with the caravan and we are so looking forward to
it, all inspired by some of the great reviews I read on here, we are going by Eurotunnel arriving in Calais at 04.00am on a Saturday and have booked a stop over at Les grands-pins in
Châteauroux  but I have a few questions:

I have read on previous  discussions that I may need an adapter for the EHU - Can someone point me in the direction of where I can get one of these

Using the Via Michelin Route planner the route is taking me through Paris A1, A3 is this route a good route to take or should I stay clear of Paris? I estimate reaching this point around 7am on a Sat morning.

Last question... on my return from Sarlat any recommendations on where to stay for an overnight stop,  allowing for a 3-4+ hour drive to the EuroTunnel next day.
