Cancellation of membership with under 24hrs notice
Hello,
I joined online on the evening of 23rd August after chatting with a friend of mine.
The next day he told me I had joined the wrong club.
It was meant to look for the Camping & Carvaning Club,
I emailed membership query within 24 hours to explain this and received an automated response.
I have assumed I will not here back until maybe Wednesday due to the Bank Holiday weekend.
I do not tow a caravan. I have a minibus conversion. The caravan club, whilst I am sure is a great facility, is not the kind of club which would suit my future intentions.
I will be travelling a lot of Europe over Winter - and therefore not pitching up on caravan sites in the UK.
Can anyone shed any light on wether or not I am likely to get a refund? Every penny counts right now as my wife and I are not working.
