Domaine de Massereau

I am hoping to visit domaine de Massereau in summer 2013.  I have read in the travel Service brochure that the roads approaching the site are narrow.  Could anyone give me any advice or information on these roads and whether a 7.2 m van would cause problems
on these roads?
