Adjusting car headlights for driving in France

Hi All - sorry this is such a specific question but I wonder whether anyone knows if it is possible to physically adjust the headlights (not Xenon) on an Audi Q7 for driving in France? its a longshot I know but hopefully someone can help Thanks in advance.
