Direction Indicator Volume

I dont know if I am in the right section to be asking my question but here goes. I have just changed my tow car to a Toyota Avensis2.2 diesel and I find the volume of the flasher unit too low. I have a hearing problem which doesn't help but even people with
good hearing find it a problem.I believe there is a gadget one can buy to increase the volume as any member had one fitted and where from. Recomendations welcome.
