Headlamp Converters

We own a new shape 2011 Renault  Master van. We are planning to travel to Spain in the near future.  We are having problems in trying to find the exact positioning for the Headlamp Converters.  We have contacted Renault but they are unable to help. The Headlamp
Converters that are on the market do not cover the new Renault.  Is there any one out there who has had the same problem and solved it?
