Towbar recommendations

Mr AM is a bit precious about his darling car.  He wonders if members are able to offer a little advice as to whom might be able to fit a removeable towbar to a BMW 750IL E38 in the Peterborough/Cambridge area.

If actual recommendations are not allowed, what does he need to look for in a fitter?
