Fresh Herbs for use in the 'van

Just finished potting up a selection of herbs to have at hand for meals on site. Mint for the drinks, chives, tarragon, oregano, sage, parsley and thyme. Makes food taste so much better and creates a little garden. To make sure the rabbits don't get at
it, its in a biggish pot 9 inch high and 9 wide, and I usually put it on an upturned bucket!
Anyone else as keen on their herbs? What would you put in?
