Petrol generator

Some advice needed please.

I'm attending a summer festival which has no EHU.

Been contemplating buying a portable petrol inverter generator which wil be used elsewhere other than the van.

What power output would you suggest would run my Sterling Europa 495 (2008) comfortably?

1kW or 2kW?
