Trip to Sweden

One of my sons and his family have recently moved to Vintjarn in Sweden. We are going to visit them in June and are taking the caravan. This will be our first trip abroad with the caravan. At the age of 70 I thought long and hard as to whether I should take
the caravan.

I'm a young 70 year old and have been caravanning all over the UK for 30 years or so, am very competent and enjoy it all.

I'm thinking of the ferry from Harwich to Rotterdam which at £130 seems very good value. Had thought of the tunnel but at £300 or so is a bit pricey.

Apart from that I'm very open minded about which way to go so any suggestions would be very welcome. We will be going for a month so there is no pressure to clock up large mileage every day.
