Al-Ko unable to supply chassis dimensions

I have just purchased an Al-Ko Premier Jockey wheel, with noseweight guage.
You need to obtain two chassis measurement from your van in order to calibrate the guage.
As it's a new van, I thought, incorrectly, that Al-Ko would be able to supply these measurents.
Er, no, they don't seem to know the measurements of the chassis they supply to caravan manufacturers!

'I'm very sorry this calculation must been done by measuring the van you have. We do not have the measurements you require for this'.
