Getting the fridge to work whilst towing

I am a little confused as having changed towcar and now have single 13 pin electrics on both car and caravan, I am unsure what settings I need to have on in the van to make sure the charger is charging the battery whilst towing and the fridge is on! We have
a Sterling Eccles 2010 - can anyone offer advise please??
