At what point do most people not put up an awning?
If it has storm straps on and its up would you leave it up?
Does a full canvas fare worse or better than a lightweight porch?
If its a full canvas do you worry about possible damage to the van if it does blow off (where a lightweight porch would just rip off and disappear!).
