Croatia - Driving to Dubrovnik

Hi,

I am planning a three month tour of Croatia in the caravan starting in April.

I would like to get to Dubrovnik but am having problems with insurance cover for driving through the bit of Bosnia that divides Croatia.

My car insurer (LV) will not provide cover for Bosnia. The only other alternative would seem to be the ferry between Ploce and Tribani. Having looked on the ferry website it looks as though it will cost us about £110 for the return trip.

Has anyone else faced this problem and found a resolution?
